Samuel Zwaan is a second year Digital Media student at The Georgia Tech Institute of Technology. After graduating from the research master in media studies from Utrecht University he received a Fulbright scholarship to make his studies at Georgia Tech possible. He has been interested in theoretical topics such as media archaeology but in recent years has developed a passion for finding ways to stimulate social cohesion. As such he put much effort in a cooperation with thuisafgehaald (Dutch) or their English name ShareYourMeal to find possibilities in the USA for this passion. As a result they started developing an application. Besides design and functionality Samuel will focus on the possible changes in local social cohesion.
